All bookings are made online via our Schedule & Bookings page. Simply choose your activity (e.g. yoga, coworking, ice bath), pick your time, and check out. You can also download our booking app (appstore/GooglePlay: Momence app → select Sagres Hub) for easier access on the go.

Nope! All our services can be accessed via drop-in or class packs. Memberships offer the best value if you plan to join coworking regularly

We provide yoga mats, blocks, and equipment. Just bring a water bottle and towel. For ice baths, bring swimwear and a warm change of clothes.
