Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation from Sagres Health Hub. Please ensure that all booking details are accurate at the time of confirmation.

Participant Conduct

We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate by our staff may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Personal Belongings

Sagres Health Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please secure your valuables accordingly.

Photography and Media

By participating in a session, you consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the session for promotional purposes by Sagres Health Hub.

Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any session, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sagres Health Hub, its employees, agents, or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, whether caused by the negligence of Sagres Health Hub or otherwise.
