Sagres Hub - Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy

General Rules
By signing up for membership or using Sagres Hub services, you agree to comply with all rules and policies set forth by the Hub.
Users must treat the space, equipment, and other members respectfully. Any damage to property or disruptive behavior may result in termination of membership.
Sagres Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Booking & Reservations
Coworking Space: Booking is required for guaranteed access during peak times. Reservations can be made via the Hub’s website.
Yoga, Breathwork, and Other Classes: Booking is recommended, as spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ice Baths: Booking is required, and prior reservation ensures your spot.
Events & Special Sessions: If Sagres Hub cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Membership
Membership fees are due monthly in advance. Non-payment will result in suspension of access.
Memberships are valid for the month of payment only and are not transferable.
Membership may be upgraded or downgraded during the membership term with prior approval from Sagres Hub management.
Cancellation requires written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
Access & Conduct
Opening Hours: Sagres Hub operates 7 days a week, with specific hours listed on the website. Weekend coworking availability depends on scheduled events.
Behavior: Members and guests must adhere to the Hub’s code of conduct, respect personal space, and maintain a clean and quiet environment.
Supervision: Qualified instructors will be present during most sessions. You agree to follow their instructions for safety.
Personal Belongings: Please store all personal items appropriately and do not block walkways or exits.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Drop-in services (yoga, ice baths, etc.) are non-refundable once payment is made. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before an event or special session.
Health & Safety
Assumption of Risk: By booking a session, you acknowledge the risks of physical activities, including potential injuries.
Health Considerations: Disclose any medical conditions before participating. If unsure, consult a doctor before engaging in physical activities.
Ice Baths & Wellness Services: Follow all provided guidelines. Participants take full responsibility for their well-being.
First Aid: A first aid kit is available on the premises. In case of injury, notify staff immediately.
Fire & Emergency Procedures: Fire extinguishers and blankets are available in designated areas. In an emergency, follow evacuation instructions.
Photography & Media
By participating in any session, you consent to Sagres Hub using photographs or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform us in advance.
Waiver of Liability
You agree to release Sagres Hub, its employees, and affiliates from any claims related to injury, loss, or damage occurring during your participation, whether due to negligence or otherwise.
Privacy Policy
Information Collection: Personal details such as name, email, and phone number may be collected when booking services.
Use of Information: Collected data is used for communication, bookings, and service improvements. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except as required for service operations.
Data Security: We implement physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect personal data.
Third-Party Links: External website links may be present, but Sagres Hub is not responsible for their content or data protection policies.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the Sagres Hub website and premises are owned by Sagres Hub and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
Changes to Terms
Sagres Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing.
