Yoga and Breathwork Classes

Keep an eye on our schedule - we like to offer a variety of different style yoga classes to keep you inspired and take care of your body, mind and soul. From powerful vinyasa flow classes to deeply releasing yin sessions and somatic work, come to your mat to meet yourself and leave inspired, rejuvenated and connected.

You can also try our weekly U.Natural Method for Surfers – deep, full-body mobility, stretching and strength work to reduce injury and boost performance.

All sessions take place in our bright indoor space or outdoors under the Sagres sun, depending on the weather.
